I've had such a great experience with Bill that I wanted to offer some feedback.

My husband and I had been trying to sell our condo for over a year with no success before we decided to take it off the market. Per Bill's recommendation, based on his strong industry knowledge, we placed the condo back on the market at the beginning of this year. We received an offer within days! Throughout the process of closing escrow on our condo, Bill has been on top of absolutely everything. Our buyers had problems with receiving their loan and Bill made sure that he handled everything. He stayed on top of every aspect of the process and informed me of what was going on usually multiple times a day!

At the same time, my husband and I were looking to buy. In a span of 3 weeks Bill showed us at least 35 houses! Bill never seemed like we were bothering him or that anything was too hard for him. When we made a couple of offers, Bill met up with us late in the evenings after our 2-year old went to bed (after 8 pm). Bill always explained everything thoroughly and gave great advice.

Throughout the process of purchasing our home, Bill has been in constant contact with the title company, our lender, the seller, their agent, etc. Even when his attendance wasn't required, (for example, when I found a house I liked, I took my parents to go see the house again that day), Bill was always there. Bill never made it seem like we were inconveniencing him in any way.

Bill really goes above and beyond his normal duties and I have been really impressed. I've been really confident in Bill's expertise in this complex market and I appreciate how much time and effort he has spent in helping a young couple sell and buy a new home.
